 Milwaukee Irish Fest - People in Milwaukee can really throw a party.
- Chicago Blues Fest
- Milwaukee Summer Fest - Getting really crowded the last couple of years.
- Chicago Celtic Fest - Good fest but not as big as Milwaukee Irish Fest.
- Itasca Fest -Small town in suburban Chicago that usually brings in one local blues performer each year. Koko Taylor and Lonnie Brooks have played at the festival in the past.
Top three performers I wish I had seen in concert:
- Stevie Ray Vaughn
- Frank Sinatra
- Elvis Presley
Top four concerts I have witnessed (In no particular order):

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band at Alpine Valley Wisconsin (7/13/84)
- Leahy at the Chicago House of Blues (3/16/03)
- John Mellencamp at the Rosemont Horizon (02/06/86)
- Farm Aid (9/22/85)
Top three bizarre moments at a concert:
- Ray Charles playing a concert after an indoor soccer game. I do not know what was weirder seeing Ray play on astroturf through a Plexiglas window or hearing him complain with a few choice words about the sound when he thought he had pushed the microphone away.
- Ray Davies of the Kinks telling the audience "thank you Cleveland". Only problem was he was playing in suburban Chicago.
- Best heckle I have ever heard happened at a John Denver Concert. During a slow song when the audience was quiet a person yelled out "play something from Oh God".
